Function replyToInstagramComment

replyToInstagramComment(
    token: string,
    commentID: string,
    text: string,
): Promise<string | null>
Replies to a comment on one of your Instagram posts, as your account.

Needs the instagram_business_manage_comments scope. The reply lands in the comment's own thread — Instagram nests one level, so replying to a reply attaches to the same top-level comment.
Parameters
- token: string
  Instagram access token.
- commentID: string
  The comment being replied to.
- text: string
  Reply text.
Returns Promise<string | null>
Promise of the new comment's id, or null if the call failed (the API's error is logged).
